Ingredients
- Water (100 gram)
- Red pepper (1 unit)
- Halloumi (56 gram)
- Couscous (75 gram)
- Sumac (7 gram)
Method
- Chop the red pepper then shallow fry or roast it.
- Add the couscous, salt, sumac and boiling water, stir with a fork and cover.
- Fry the halloumi.
- When the couscous is done (about 10 minutes) combine everything.
