Method

  1. Slice the garlic & chillies.
  2. Slice the salmon into small pieces.
  3. Fry the garlic, chillies for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add the salmon to the pan with salt.
  5. Boil the linguine.
  6. Combine into one pan, with extra salt, oil, and the double cream.
  7. Gently stir off the heat to thicken the sauce.
  8. Serve, garnish with parsley.
