Ingredients
- Olive oil (1 glug)
- Sweet potato (1 unit)
- Red pepper (1 unit)
- Pitta (1 unit)
- Houmous (1 dollop)
- Halloumi (56 gram)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place a large baking tray in the oven.
- Cut the sweet potato into wedges and the peppers into slightly larger pieces, toss in oil, salt, paprika.
- When the tray is hot, place the vegetables in the oven for 25 minutes, until soft / charred.
- When the vegetables are almost done, fry the halloumi.
- Toast the pitta.
- Spread the homous inside.
- Assemble the pitta and serve with the sweet potato on the side.
