Ingredients

Method

  1. Get shortcrust pastry out of the fridge.
  2. Wilt spinach in butter and allow to cool.
  3. Slice red pepper.
  4. Fry peppers and garlic.
  5. Blind bake pastry.
  6. Whisk eggs, crème fraîche, parsley, salt and pepper.
  7. Squeeze water from spinach, then chop up.
  8. Break up feta
  9. Once pastry is blind baked, layer peppers, then spinach, then feta, then pour over eggs.
  10. Put into oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
