Ingredients
- Garlic clove (2 unit)
- Spinach (4 handful)
- Red pepper (2 unit)
- Parsley (1 handful)
- Shortcrust pastry (320 gram)
- Egg (5 unit)
- Crème fraîche (15 gram)
- Feta (100 gram)
Method
- Get shortcrust pastry out of the fridge.
- Wilt spinach in butter and allow to cool.
- Slice red pepper.
- Fry peppers and garlic.
- Blind bake pastry.
- Whisk eggs, crème fraîche, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Squeeze water from spinach, then chop up.
- Break up feta
- Once pastry is blind baked, layer peppers, then spinach, then feta, then pour over eggs.
- Put into oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
